My mission is to help councils and organisations empower the creative communities they serve, drawing on in-depth knowledge of contemporary creative practices, tested program delivery methodologies and real-world sector experience.
I believe in a world where creative work is easier, resources are enough for all, and the arts are held more lightly, openly and generously.

I get it:
Fostering a thriving creative hub is harder than it looks. You want to produce high-quality outcomes and meaningful community experiences together, while translating that into a live, compliant program that keeps everyone happy.
What I solve:
I handle the internal friction. I step in when teams don’t know who to involve, what technical or spatial provisions are needed, how to structure transparent EOI processes, or how to deliver high-value artist mentorship, all while remaining strictly audience-focused.
The Strategy:
I empower everyone with honest and pragmatic insights into the opportunities and challenges of the work that needs to be done, build shared understanding, bring in other people who increase capacities and design engaging processes.
